Ok as you know we are starting to do Naxx runs now. If you want to join the group (and u r geared enough) please put your names down on the calendar, also to help Althur decide when to do the raids (we would like to do some on weekdays too ) could you8 all send him posts saying when and what times you can attend raids.

IMPORTANT!! If you plan on coming to Naxx or any other raids please could you read up on the boss encounters that we are likely to do. This will save lots of time during the actual raid explaining how to do it to people, and allows us all to have more time and more fun actually fighting

P.S If you want to check your gear to see if you are ready for Naxx or whatever, then I suggest you got to http://be.imba.hu/ and check up your gear score. This will tell you at what level you should be doing and what level your next gear upgrade will come from

Also,please make sure that you have repaired (yes i know, but some ppl actually forget) That you have all the potions, flasks, elixirs, reagents for spells and raid food that you would need for the whole run.

Then of course there is the raid add ons that you should all have, this include;
Omen threat meter, deadly boss mods or bigwigs, group calendar to put your name down in the first place (we dont use the wow calendar) and whatever class specific ones that you need.

MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE YOUR VOICE TAB ENABLED, you have to be able to hear the raid leaders instructions before and during the fight, as he will not be typing it as well. Obviously it would be great if you all had your mics on and could talk back but that is up to you, it is not as important as being able to HEAR the raidleader or anyone else calling out instructions or for help etc.
Finally as has been said above.....Read up on the bosses, we waste loads of time having to explain over and over again the tactics for each fight, it would be great if everyone already knew them and we could just get down to killing straight away.
